There's a special event coming up that The Dead Poets Reading Series is proud and exciting to be partnering with. The Whole Cloth Reading Series is a reading series where, typically, an author reads their whole book, cover to cover, in a single sitting. As hosts, Elee Kraljii Gardiner and Bronwen Tate put it, it's an "experiment in deep listening."
This April reading will feature a book written by a poet that is no longer alive (this is where we come in). Pat Lowther's Stone Diary was published two years after her murder, and showed promise of a major new voice in Canadian poetry. Those in attendance can take turn reading from this collection.
